Barrier Isolation
Barrier Isolation Systems operate under positive pressure
and provide an enclosure protecting the interior space
from external contamination. Interior air quality can be
accurately controlled easily providing Class 1,000 or Class
100 space. Sterile or aseptic conditions can be
established using various sterilants such as Vaporized
Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) or the newer evolving
technology of Chlorine Dioxide. Once established the
desired environment can be maintained for extended
periods of time since the primary contaminant, people,
have been removed from the space. Methods have been
developed for moving supplies and products into and out
of the enclosures while maintaining the integrity of the
environment.
